Synopsis/Chase:
This discussion should prove unscientific as another quick version, so here we go!

Left early afternoon, south on I35 to Pauls Valley, then east to near Ada where we revisited our friendly dirt road from yesterday! Time to kill as early cu made a go, so I thought..."hey, 4-SQUARE!!!!" so intense competition began, lasted a good hour, then a nice storm popped to our north near Okemah. Jetted north as the Okemah tower exploded with a massive display and backshear. Got a few nice wall cloud pictures, but rotation remained in the mid levels due to weak sfc to 850mb flow. Wall cloud morphed and twisted, but never showed signs of strong rotation, thus we left for a reportedly tornadic cell west of Muskogee. Jetted NE, got a few pics of the flanking line / wall cloud from east of the storm looking west, but still, no visible tornado, just rapid scud action. What turned out to be an HP monster with an ill-defined visible surface circulation moved over us in "downtown" Muskogee". We followed a bit longer, but sunset and a circus of chasers convinced us to call it a day. Another one bites the dust... more chases to come!
