DOWNSTREAM WARM SECTOR AIRMASS MAY BE SLOW TO DESTABILIZE DEPENDING ON CLOUD COVER AND EXTENT OF PRECIPITATION PRECEEDING THE UPPER TROUGH AND FORCING.
